Ms. Zhongli Yu has been an associate in the law firm of Deeley, King & Pang since 2004. Her practice focuses on immigration and nationality law, and international trade law.

Ms. Yu received her law degree (LL.B.) with highest honors in International Business Law from Ningbo University School of Law in China in 1991. She earned her Masters Degree in International Comparative Law from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2002.

Ms. Yu was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 2004 and in the People's Republic Of China in 1995.

Before she moved to the United States, Ms. Yu had actively practiced China law in the areas of business, commercial, corporate, banking and real estate law with an emphasis on foreign trade and China investment.

Ms. Yu is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Shanghai Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Assocation.
